Dennis begins his story by explaining how very active his family was in the LDS faith. His mother was relief society president and his father a strong priesthood holder. Dennis shares about his participation in baptism for the dead and explains why Mormons believe work for the dead is important. Despite the fact that Dennis and his family were very active in the church, as Dennis approached the time to leave on a mission he began to question his faith. |

Duane tells about his life growing up in Snowflake AZ. Snowflake is 95% Mormon and Duane relates how he felt like he grew up in a Mormon bubble. Duane explains that although he was a "jack" Mormon he strongly believed in Joseph Smith. After his marriage to a Christian Mennonite woman, Duane explains how God led him out of Mormonism. |

Russ finishes his testimony by telling why he believes it is very important to do missionary outreach to Mormons in Utah. Russ has been hosting mission trips to Utah for ten years providing opportunities for Christians and Mormons to interact with each other. Each mission trip provides valuable experience to youth helping them to understand their own biblical beliefs in comparison to Mormonism. |
